DEADLINES

The client has a period of 5 days (120 hours) before the start time of the tour to cancel the reservation and get a full refund (minus bank transfer fees).

PENALTIES

All bank transfer charges and/or charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

REFUNDS

Panama All About company will offer a full refund or partial refund according with the cancel notification time window (minus bank transfer fees) or a credit to carry out the activity at a later date with the approval of both parties and according to availability

CONSIDERATIONS

Till 5 days or 120 hours prior activity date you will get Full refund minus transfer and/or bank fees and administrative charges.

Less than 120 hours till 24 hours prior the activity you will get a refund of 80% of the amount already paid for the activity minus transfer and/or Bank fees.

Less than 24 hours there will be no refund or a date change as option will be made for the tour depending on availability

EXCLUSIONS

No-shows or delay: No refunds are offered if the passenger does not show up on time or leaves the tour voluntarily once it has started.

Documentation, lack of passport, visas, vaccination certificates, or other required documents is the responsibility of the traveler and may result in loss of service.

Inappropriate behavior: Failure to follow the guide’s instructions or failure to comply with local laws may be grounds for exclusion from the tour without refund.

Unused services: If the passenger chooses not to use activities or services included in the tour, there will be no refunds for it.

External events: Agencies are not responsible for the suspension, delay or cancellation of external events that are part of the tour (such as concerts or festivals).

Forgotten belongings: The agency is not responsible for items forgotten or lost during the tour, although there may be a cost for their transfer if they are recovered.

Force Majeure EVENTS

Unforeseen events such as natural disasters or due to protests or situations that arise and prevent the arrival at the place where the tour will take place. Panama All About company will determine the amount to be reimbursed depending on the activity.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

The cancellation process must be requested by the main traveler via email and attach an identity document and signature that guarantee the authenticity of the request.
