Terms & Conditions for Panama All About

Welcome to Panama All About! We’re excited to have you join us for an unforgettable experience. Before you book, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • To secure your reservation, full payment is required 24 hours before the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments through cash, credit or debit card, paypal, cashapp and venmo.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Your booking is confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation by email or phone. Please check your booking information for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You:
    • Cancellations made 120 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction processing fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable. This is because we’ve already made arrangements and incurred costs to prepare for your tour.
  • Cancellation by Panama All About:
    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, political instability, or other “force majeure” events.
    • In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future tour.
  • No-Shows: If you are late or do not show up for a tour, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Tour Modifications

  • Changes by You: If you need to change your tour date or time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability and may incur a small administrative fee. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated, especially during peak season.
  • Changes by Panama All About: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to tour itineraries as needed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests. This could include changes to routes, timings, or specific stops. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Traveler Responsibility

  • You are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point for your tour or be ready for pick up at your location if that it is the case. Please account for local traffic and potential delays.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including any relevant medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect your participation.
  • You are responsible for having all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and any required visas, to enter Panama. We are not liable for any issues arising from a lack of proper documentation.
  • While on the tour, you are required to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by your guide. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability and Risk

  • All tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, those associated with outdoor activities, transportation, and interaction with nature and local communities.
  • By booking and participating in a tour, you voluntarily assume all risks. You acknowledge and agree that Panama All About, its employees, and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or death that may occur during the tour.
  • We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability.

6. Privacy

  • We collect and use your personal information for the sole purpose of processing your booking and providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the services you have booked.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama.
